Anyways I'm heading to the grocery store to do my hunting for dinner for my family I can wrestle down a box of pasta and some I think I can find some really nice canned tomatoes you know like imported Italian tomatoes make my own gravy that sound good with the crusty crusty baggett(?) and some freshly grated Parmesan cheese. ___ simple folks because today was one of those days you know when it gets out of control you know it's just a whole day crumbled before you it was a landslide one thing after another. Good morning my friend this is the Zen Runner coming to you on my beautiful Sunday morning, in Southwest Florida back at sea level I'm 7mi in to my long run, ___ I feel great I think quite honestly it's It's training in the mountains so it was like up elevation 3000ft last week when running and I felt like crap but know that I'm back at sea level my body is like thank God this is what I'm use to it's a little humid but it's not that hot it's about 77 degrees. The sun is just coming up ivy been out for a roughly an hour and 15 minutes or so something like that and I ran down to my local sweet bay which is big super market here in Southwest Florida. On, at Coconut in Benita which is the next town over I'm 7mi away from my house.

Hey there, my friend. This is is Zen runner calling you from the rev of the mojo loco. I am at mile 22 which is my parents house. I'm gonna be stopping for the night. We will drive the rest of their mojo loco tomorrow. I'm checking the ravening(?) shirts. It's duable and it's amazing. It's a beautiful route. A little commercial for the first six miles through the suburbs of of Saint Augustine but we do go by the beaches and their side walk probably 95 percent of the way. There are couple of spots where the side walk disappears but fortunately it picks up less than 50yds later and there's always a bike path. A bike lane. So it shouldn't be too hard. I marked off all of the transfer points for the first half of the race though we have one slight issue and hopefully will be managed by the time we get to the race in December but you never know but there's definitely

We were running from the haunted light house in Saint Augustine to the Clam Shell Bombshell(?). Tuesday Daytona Beach Florida and I'm calling you right now from the parking lot of the Saint Augustine Light House the official starting point of the Mojo Loco. I'm sitting here right now folks and then my car just take a shot of the of the Lighthouse. Well hello again this is this end run are coming to you on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I think it's afternoon. I really have no idea. I am now with how to watch but I do know I've run about eleven and a half miles and I'm just like my mind is totally blown that I'm disappointed that I have to cut my lunch short eleven and a half because my foot starting to hurt. Just bit of a cramp and I think it's the altitude and you know this hills are just killing me and I'm a flat lander and I got more excuses than I can shake a stick at. It's good enough. It's good enough for a Sunday. I was planning on doing just a little bit more but still take eleven and a half including the banking. Hope for a better week next week. Good morning my friend, this is Ben(?) Runner and I'm not running today. I will be travelling today something I'm very used to but haven't been alright I'm heading of all the places to North Carolina if you followed me you probably know that already but it's gonna be a long trip today I'm actually going up to help my parents get back to their home in Palm Coast Florida they rented a vacation rental house in the woods the deep woods in North Carolina outside of Ashville. I've never been there before but I heard it's quite beautiful way deep in nature Ben(?) Runner is going to nature and so I'm gonna drive up to their house and park in Jacksonville airport where I'll be flying in one way to Ashville North Carolina and then they'll pick me up and they I'll drive all the way back to North Florida.
