But they have become now rich dialog. You made this four calls on your subject special listings and you identified common issues you have and you seem to learn from each other and support each other. Well, I think both of you have made really good stuff and I enjoyed listening your blogs(?) and I believe the script is and the literature accounts of what happened again in your classes sometimes it actually feels as if I'm there which is really nice. First motions are coming through and that's really good to see to see actually the emotional effects of, that your teaching has and how you think about what is happening in your classes. The language you use is conversational which is great so it's not I don't have the feeling that you actually reads from, from notes or anything.
