How to make phone calls safely from troubled zones

Please consider this before using ipadio to broadcast your news. In the same way as authorities may monitor blogging activity on the Internet:

• you may find that phone systems in politically troubled areas (and some not so apparently troubled) are being monitored
• photography posted within ipadio can be used to identify locations
