This is Coach Romick(?) and this is week 3 of strength and conditioning 2. On Monday prepare yourself for Max repetition per minute of gips(?) pull ups push press kettle bells slings and burpies(?). We'll have 5 groups 5 minutes at each station. Tuesday we're looking at 57 degrees dress appropriately for a game of 5 football make sure you have proper foot wear. Wednesday prepare for a running wad a 20am wrap of 400 meter run and 12 burpies(?) you'll complete sequence as many times as you can at 20 minutes. Thursday is a power one 2 reps per minute for each participant at each station stations are push press power play and sumo
Good morning class. This week we will be introducing Yoga. After your first class people often report that they've slept better and feel taller. Yoga Yoga has helped people lose weight overcome fears conquer habits like smoking and develop better concentration. All of which help their performance in their daily tasks. Others they have improved self awareness a deeper sense of well being developed passion enhance relationships and greater self esteem as well as a sensation of peace. Please be reminded that our Yoga practice this week will not be based on religion but to better enhance everyone's life style. Thank you.
