That scale said quite high cos obviously we're on the hot right now and yesterday was hot because we had big hills and lots of them but today it's longer than yesterday but but that was many hills so that's alright it's gonna be absolutely borrowing, borrowing today cos nemly(?) get out to the sun ___ praising but today is quite long so too many that borrowing and then a little today. So put some sun cream on drink more some water it should be alright and then somently(?) getting back.
This is Tom with ___ no. 3 on the 30th of April. Extremely windy today but again great day. Been hard work though currently ___ and want to definitely walk again. Physically well this morning walk really stiff and the ___ were quite soft but I thought that's what to be expected. This evening I got my first blister but it's tiny and really feeling took off my boots have to be honest. Feeling quite good just a bit tired. Ryan, this is Tom and extension no. 2 for the 29th of April. I'm doing this now because I couldn't get any signal yesterday. Had a great day really enjoyed myself. Different access was really enjoyable but it's hard navigation. Well it could make your mind up. We started at the ___ so mostly dry with a few spots. Start of for the day with a bit of trouble with ___ to the route but that wasn't a problem. Physically fine aching feet but nothing more than what we expected. It's probably to compare my fitness to ___ expedition feel a lot fitter a bit tired but again nothing more than what we expected. Psychologically feeling good. Good feeling always make things better and a good meal tonight. ___ confidentially on with navigation probably because I saw ___ being assessed which I am so I'm feeling motivated and ready for the weekend ahead. It's Saturday night the 30th of April. I won't be able to do a flog yesterday because we didn't have any signal. Yesterday was ok was little bit cold last night but it's warmer tonight I think we should get a good night sleep and weather is been ok today and I'm looking forward tomorrow.
