Hi and thanks for watching. This tip is a partner launch with the twist. We wanna make sure that you and your partner are standing a few seats apart with the resistance band that is comfortable for both of you. Step forward into your launch position and you're just gonna continuously take it down. As you're landing(?) you're going to be pulling in the opposite direction to work aerial breaks and make sure to switch so that you were working both legs as well as both sets of those above waist. The next exercise is the launch and talk. This one is going to be taking back and as you come forward you toss the ball over to your partner explosively(?) from the chest.
