Hey Len ___ for Training and as I assessed it's very ___ I'm gonna be looking at sort of using video cameras more to view our stations and possibly look at Skype which and if I can't get my learners on Skype then ___ failures come back small to me and ___ getting contact through Skype they can ___ record the Skype conversation through the discussions and stuff or if I need to see anything then possibly they could set up the ___ so I can watch them do something then obviously record that and play there and yeah just speed up the whole thing rather.
