The one mile loop in my neighborhood and stay close which is a smart thing to do and it's this warm. I have a big refrigerator in my garage and then every mile I can stop in and cool down and then get back out again. I'm in no rush, or you know I may just go to the Club House where we have two brand new treadmills and I can just bang up my ___, you know I think I'm probably gonna do a combination of both, I'll do a couple of miles until I can't take it any more. I just spent about 4 hours at the Amazing Race Expo in Jacksonville Florida for the 26 point 2mi with Donna yeah the national marathon to finish Breast Cancer. One of the experience I showed up you know I typical race expo but a bit on the pink side you know. Pink is a very popular color in this part and now I have to see. Is this a one way or not yes it is a one way and I have to go the other way. I'm driving here. I've gotta get back on 95 and head over to my hotel trying to make it an early night but I just wanted to check in. We're here for a big convention and so we get here and we get out of the car and all of a sudden the garage goes dark and I've never been in a parking garage before where they just shut off the light. So I'm thinking oh it's an innovative way to save money. And we walked into the hotel and as we entered the lobby we noticed that it's all emergency writings and I kinda look around and noticed the entire city block is black in fact the entire area on the coldest night of the year this entire section of Tampa had Hello there my friend.
