Starting with what have you learned about yourself as a teacher. Over this past semester gone from a cranky person to more optimistic so cranky to more op actually I'm back and forth between all those. The first thing I learned was from my first observation was that I can I can teach and I guess that's a good thing to go on. I was told that everything that I was having difficulties with were fixable and that the foundation elements of a teacher was there so beyond that I've, ___ I need to crack down more on. But I've seen teachers go along, you know that, the day students good name like where do they all mess up kinda thing and look at that but they, I don't know. I don't, I feel like they haven't done a lot of moving into a reliability. And then, after that, it talks about purposes of classroom assess.
