Final questions

Alright so it's final questions time and this is gonna take a little longer than normal. Starting with what have you learned about yourself as a teacher. Over this past semester gone from a cranky person to more optimistic so cranky to more op actually I'm back and forth between all those. The first thing I learned was from my first observation was that I can I can teach and I guess that's a good thing to go on. I was told that everything that I was having difficulties with were fixable and that the foundation elements of a teacher was there so beyond that I've, ___ I need to crack down more on.

Orlich chapter 10

Alright so I'm looking at Orla Chapter 8 which is looking at classroom assessment. A lot of this are already gone over in tar(?) including sets of vocabulary of what assessment is. But I found it interesting. It goes into and talks about validid(?) email, ability. And I, said, haven't seen looking at those two things with actual data at my, on my placement. But I've seen teachers go along, you know that, the day students good name like where do they all mess up kinda thing and look at that but they, I don't know. I don't, I feel like they haven't done a lot of moving into a reliability. And then, after that, it talks about purposes of classroom assess.

Hi Trudis(?), I'm looking at Relics(?) Tremper(?) 2 section 3 in particular. Looking at educational equity as I like to turn. So I start looking at 3 different types of diversity estimate, ratio slash slash economic and visible or kinda like 3 categories to puts in. Drully(?) knows in great amounts because all those of those are just natural types of diversity that just seemed to exist. It doesn't seem like there's no one here and awkwardness(?) from that I I've got all of those diversities and all of my classes are ready. Beyond that I'm looking at Languish(?) ever see me. Also I got those in my class rooms too and I'm ___ for your service talking about strategies to integrate ELL(?) students in their class rooms and seeing some movies but not always and it's interesting to that it put

I've been looking at Orlicks(?) chapter 8 and 9 and then also going on to the model to teaching reading with the chapter 9 attaining concepts sharpening the basic thinking skills. So go ahead and start with it. Chapter 8 of Orlick(?) got small group discussions and cooperative learning and it seems like active listening teaching active listening incredibly very in a Math classroom like or even just I mean I never seen it happen but then also it's harder to do with the lower level students like freshman highs and I've said but it's nice to see how it could be done. Like I was to discussion groups looking at the types of discussion brings ___ to toro(?) task group those are more likely Math and I kinda seen those in Math but not I've never really seen those in in lower level Math classes then from there role playing simulation ___ pleasure like all the time.

So I'm looking at Oil(?) at chapter 2 mainly talking about holistic view of instructions and then three main perspectives on structural decision making. So first thing looking at holistic instruction being that it's the big grand picture and then also then moving to the details which is very much understanding by design and then it looks been after that it goes into the three perspective in developmental perspective which is nice because we've got it gives you good way of looking at where students are ___ and it's semi sad to see some ___ students had not quite on the level where they need to be looking at implications for instruction
