Broadcast live to the web from a phone call

Hello this is Maria and I'm recording my very first podcast. So, to make it interesting I decided to talk little bit about cycling. So I started cycling about three years ago and I have been working out at the gym and going to a cycling class and be same the class at the gym but I have no idea what it would be like to go out on the road. So I thought I'd give it a try. Went out and join a club ride with the Central Box Bicycle Club. And it was a 40mi club ride. Well, I had no idea what would you like to ride 40mi and I thought can't be too hard right I'm in good shape. So I show up with my hybrid bicycle, which is sort of the, in between between a mountain bike and road bike, no cycling clothes I did have the helmet though and I did not have any gloves or anything but right went out had a wonderful time. ___.

Hello Kian. Just wanna check back in with you for a final flag(?) test near 3 class trip. We are on about and headed home and kids had a great time we enjoyed a lunch at Buffet City. And did our traditional words there. Again we are on schedule we should be home by 7:00. And again I appreciate it. They're wanting try to be on time we're hasn't tired yet but even more tired shop around. So thanks once again for making this trip possible for your kids. We had a wonderful time with them. And we look forward to seeing you all soon.

This very short iPadio(?) update from the Zen Runner is coming to you from behind the Dolphin Hotel. I'm standing at the highest level behind the main stage outside it's kind of a service area over looking the grand 10th that we have built in the parking lot for registration and the glorious Yacht Club Resort is here for the week for my company's large conference expo 15 thousand IT professionals changing the world of technology and I'm just a part of that whole big event sitting in the back making things happen and it's kinda gray over cast day. I mean I don't have a lot to say besides the conference is going really well and having a wonderful time here and I'm standing here and somebody scratched into the wall here with a 10 knife into the paint it says Ice

Hi guys, well at the moment we're at the Glade(?) we're at Glademont(?) Community School and we're in the IT room and we just been learning how to use Berry(?) Book(?) so just the functions of the Berry(?) Book and how to direct in a different places and we've had a real blast and we met really wonderful IT teacher and we just had a fantastic time. We just come back from lunch and now we're just playing around with Berry(?) Books and trying to control them and it's just been a wonderful time and ___ consisted many talented and just learned so many things and hopefully when we get back to Surreylane(?) we can we can teach you guys some of the skills we learned. Hope you're having a nice time.

Hey greetings friend. This is Matt checking in after a long weekend with some time off from work this is well deserved. Just a quick update I have a pretty much crazy weekend that happened you know a lot of gates have fence we played at the ___ Minneapolis Minnesota ___ kitchen it's a great venue for live music and foods. So we had a good time my wife and her sister came down and it was just a wonderful time I had a few good beers some of my favorites. So real good time Saturday spent the day at a ginormous(?) pool party again Bernie King and ___ we played at there's a private party and it was huge it was crazy the chicken ___ is bigger than my house. So that was a really good time although 7 hours of playing between the 2 days did

Hey everyone, we're standing in front of the Boston Museum of Science. Which is the first stop on the Pocoloca(?) ___ a few times. We've have actually have a suspicious package on the river side and they ___ just a section of the route for about 2 hours. So well it didn't take 2 hours to get to we had to do a little creed(?) of re routing but now we're back on course where of course we're gonna get to downtown right in front of the museum Chris Russell went in to use the potty. This is a good thing. I'm in the shadow of a huge course(?) wreck. As you can see I'm having a little difficulty with my voice this is my voice. So I'm gonna keep this short but we're having a spectacular day here in Boston. Everybody just having a wonderful time running and talking and walking and running and talking and it's just absolutely lovely and beautiful. And we do have it's the Boston ___ they have this

We still have all our body parts. Run by the liquor store, I think the liquors. Gonna go ___ they do. We just back there, yes they got blue Boston. We got I want to buy some. I don't know if I just, we were having those wonderful time to get ___. We head North heading towards the reservoir. We just having awesome time here. Is it beautiful day? Or not maybe high 50.
