Hello Pat. This is Tess. Thought I would send in a podcast(?) of my voice to see if this works for you. I'll try to talk slowly. I hope you can understand me. Another work we just come in to ___ pass very quickly. I've been so busy with all the edit works in the projects I have to complete before the end of our fiscal year in June and I ___ feel like I have in free time or any home time. I take work home and I work on the online class I have to take thank goodness that online class would be over in four weeks. Been struggle for me to understand what I was supposed to do but I'm successfully completed the pros that we just have it. Have also thought can come to there cos couple of my fellow online learners but I do get almost every time and so I'm here again for teachers. I still claim to maybe the old ways of teaching as I can and most of them are ___ experiencing of what I remember in school.

Tess(?) I believe I did(?) leave(?) that outdoor physical activity is under rated. I believe that it is not valued as a priority in our society. I believe that our cities and towns are(?) not(?) pedestrian in bicycle friendly. I believe the recess and physical education are first on the chopping block one funding there's(?) an issue or test scores are(?) not high enough. I believe that the majority of students do not have the opportunity to go outside within the boundaries of the school day. I believe that(?) children no longer have the leisure or neighborhood setting to go outside and invent their own games and run around and play. I believe that(?) a long walk or run or a bicycle ride at the end of a long stressful day completely transform(?) the body and(?) mind thoughts of all(?) from the frustrating and upsetting experiences to random date(?) dreams and observations of physical surroundings.

Ok so, it's about oh gosh 8:30 8:30 or 9:00 it's early isn't it Jesse. ___. And I'm in the bed and I went for a run today and where did you go. Go to Colby's. You went to Colby's Steak House. Aha. This I believe ___ positive interactions with other humans even the most introverted(?) of us need to feel close to someone as an online teacher I think that people believe that we don't have relationships with our students that we are robot on the other side of the computer if the students feels there's not someone real on the other side well then they don't worry about disappointing us one thing that we are emphathetic(?) towards their struggle. Or think we don't care about their success it's important to bridge the gap and tell them that we do exist. I had to comb my hair this morning. I consider the number benefit of being an online teacher the ability to slither(?) out of my bed and crawl over to my computer to work but now I have to get dressed least ___ so I can turn on the web cams when I met a student it's amazing how this one little thing has impacted my students I get the she's real recognition when they can see me they can tell when I laugh

So I need to interview you on the details of your work place discourse(?) community do you like know what a discourse(?) community is I think you should just clue me in so we're all on the same page ok so a discourse(?) community is a group of communicators(?) with a common goal or interest to adopt certain preferred way of discussion.
