For feedback at general points that it needs to be concise it needs to be personal. Needs to be encouraged in an appropriate of the level and that's really important point because obviously different level of students will take on information in different ways for example a level one student will undertake the same level of understanding as the level three ___ it needs to be motivated in elemental(?) and constructive this is all ___ and being put down ___ held this anyway.
