Broadcast live to the web from a phone call

Hey there folks, this is Zen Runner yes the Zen Runner makes a phone cast as I cough in my car from beautiful South West Florida. It is Tuesday morning and over caps sky which is keeping the temperature down and nice in the morning here. We definitely gone past summer into fall now fall September is quite a warm month even October gets up into the 80's I know up north were even getting into the 40's it's almost at the doorstep of winter cold nights and what not. Whatever happened in New England you need to get a free smell on October but down here now it's still summer time you know still no ___ so why I'm a bringing to you this recording really I just I'm checking out I found this iPadio(?) iPod on my iPhone I wanted to see if it still works now

Some quick thoughts on audio recording devices for podcasting on the run.

The buzz that you're hearing is from all of the air conditioning that is happening. An extremely warm morning in South West Florida. Hey, this is Zen(?) Renner with another audio update on his end(?) run. I just wanted to say hello and check in and share with you my walk through the neighborhood. I'm actually gonna get a run and I'm just deciding whether or not I wanna do. The one mile loop in my neighborhood and stay close which is a smart thing to do and it's this warm. I have a big refrigerator in my garage and then every mile I can stop in and cool down and then get back out again. I'm in no rush, or you know I may just go to the Club House where we have two brand new treadmills and I can just bang up my ___, you know I think I'm probably gonna do a combination of both, I'll do a couple of miles until I can't take it any more.

Well hello there my friend. I just wanted to let you know what was going on with me. I'm back I'm back from Phoenix Arizona. Have a very swift trip. It was only two days. That was yesterday up in the desert mountains of Camel back and Mommy(?) Mountain running in the dirt essentially by cactus and water hose and all of these incredible plants and rocks and it was just an amazing experience and now today I'm back in the subtropics(?) of South West Florida palm trees and green everywhere. Humidity in the air. Very very different. I'd appreciate it both of it. If it was it was also it's fun. Just little dip in the dry and now back to the swampy(?) weather. Oh it's Wednesday afternoon in a place I like to call the furnace of May that's right the most it's like April Showers Spring May flowers go down here in South West Florida. Hey there it is I(?) distant(?) runner chat with you on the iPadio. How you doing I'm in the car I'm on my way to LA Fitness it is a sunny warm day here in South West Florida. We get a lot of that you know it's warm I could be out running in this. But I've chosen to go to the gym I'm gonna do just a short run I'm turning that low period and it's driving me a little crazy you know it's it's like far away from October where I'm gonna be doing my next significant event. I guess before that we have the quite Local will be running at the end of the month that's more social event. You know I'm not too worry about that but the distance for October running 2 marathons at one month you're counting(?) it is gonna take a lot of training but right now and the ___ it's far from that training is I can possibly.

Hello good morning everybody, this is Lasen(?) Renner. I am pulling out in my car on an exceptionally windy day here in South West Florida, the under A tornado watch. Just I don't know see any tornadoes. I'll let you know you know. You maybe out listening to the middle of a tornado that's a matter of 2nd but seriously yeah it's been pre some pretty intense weather. The wind is whipping and it's about 80 degrees. It's been warm and swampy(?) and I am suffering from a multitude of things but rise for me is suffering you know I don't like it ___ too much but I I reserve the right to complain yes I do. I have allergies swearing up. I think it's the oak trees are just doing their thing. They're having oak trees sex. Real ___ on the phone.

Well hello there my friend. This is Dan Riner coming to you with a quick. I can do update his phone to ask you if it's and driving my car. Newman it's your old Toyota Corolla that we we just use in New Jersey he actually Queens Queens New York different play different view entirely. Actually right outside of Jim Nata now that you make hoe you know in that but to make to Queens at that place or we save her and she's doing the rest of her life and it's the sun of South Florida but no sun today not at all in fact it's been raining for the last couple of hours here and we're in desperate need of rain it's still summer here I know it's a lot of folks are going through transition to fall but no to the Southern Hemisphere(?) but for us here at South West Florida. It's still very wet summer and very much hot.

Well hello everyone. This is Vin Runner calling from our new Samsung Roda(?) phone. I've got a new plan. We've consolidated all our phones with our kids and ended up with a new phone. I gave up my BlackBerry which is actually a good thing. I didn't get an IPhone said goodbye to AT&T and I'm working with Verizon now ___ but we get unlimited text and the phone's pretty cool. The quality fine. The network is ok. I don't I don't use mobile devices too often but I do love my ipadio. It's been a while since I've given a quick update. I just wanted to share with you that it is a spectacular day in South West Florida. I think It's the only warm ___ of air in the United States. Well warm, it's about 60 degrees. I do have a little coat on. I'm getting the eye from Gurnsey(?) looking duck who's down
