I believe that we need to make nutrition and fitness a top priority in this country. I also believed in that this needs to come from our parents along with the educational system. We as a nation need to really focus on helping the obesity issue throughout America. Right now 50 percent of our adults in America are obese and this problem continues to grow in our children.
