Hi this is Danielle Cruz(?) just posting on here on week one discussion forum I'm answering questions number six and number twelve first question is what does Martha represent Jimmy Cross and why does he save her letters and think about her constantly I think this has a lot to do with his escape from the war he's is only twenty three in the story and to him this represents what he could be had he not been in the military Martha is a constant brings him back to the person he wants to be instead of the person he is and it's kinda escape if you will from the war number twelve what to Kyla's feeling about lavender's(?) death represent which he could feel like Jimmy did but he felt no emotion, mostly he felt glad to be alive I think this is probably ___.
