Hello, this is Chris. I think we won our mock trial because our arguments were the best. We had a lot of witnesses that were well prepared and ready to answer any questions that came up. The other team was not well prepared, even though Eliot and Bradley duid a really great job. They did a great job but in the end our team still won. Being well prepared and ready to argue is what won us the case. thanks. Bye.

Oh let's say that our team, the prosecution did fairly win mock trial mostly because of teamwork. we had much better team work than the defense while they relied on mainly one or two possibly three people to do the majority of their speaking, while we switched it up a lot more and gave speaking roles out to a lot more people. we had better arguments in my opinion because we stuck to what was actually in the testimony rather than speculating facts that weren't given there which was actually the main part of their argument. And lastly I would say we weren't rude that they had no proper decorum for example

Being in court for a day is one of the greatest things I did with my school. The mock trial we had is definitely something I would recommend to another student. My first reason is you get a taste of our legal system. For instance how we prepare how we argue and the behind the scenes of the entire case. My next reason is you get to miss class to fight your classmates like real attorneys and you get to see your hard work at the its finest. Finally my third reason is because it's also one of the most social things a person can do no matter what what you get involved with you want to help your case by adding questions and contributing to your team. Now while there is make up work that follows it is totally worth it. This is one chance that you feel the day is about you, your control, your actions, and what it does to help your group. So please make sure you try and get involved and take part in the debate. Thank you bye

You gotta be kidding me. I think that the verdict for the mock trial is unfair. my first reason would have to be that the defense was really good and they were on fire with questions. My 2nd reason would have to be the prosicution were asking the same question over and over and they just got their point nowhere my third reason would have to be the defence explained how Chris Archer was not guilty of hazing and manslaughter.

Life is not fair, but even more unfair was the verdict for the mock trial. The verdict for the mock trial was not fair for 3 reasons. The first reason being the prosecution attorneys were not nearly as organized as ourselves, the defense. My second reason is the fact that our questioning was far more for persuasive and effective in regard to proving our points. They simply stumbled around: never got to the point. They had been questions but they never went to the point. They were walking around the circles, stumbling over their own questions. It was embarrassing for them. My opponent may say that most questions are only asked by 3 main attorneys and this proves that we have a weak defense but this is untrue. We planned and organized to be that way because we knew it would be better for ourselves and we felt that this would prove that we are stronger defense and they a weaker prosecution. In the end I wish for you to realize that we won due to the fact that the prosecution attourneys weren't as organized as the defense and our questioning was far more persuasive and effective in regards to proving our points.

What is a fair trial. was the verdict for mock trial fair?Personally I don't believe so. One is that the judges didnt understand the whole case and what we were trying to tell them and tell him that explain everything ___ the jury knew and the people personality. There's a couple of sophomores and they're looking they can just ___ of it and also the third is then I get the G Force ever improving that how we did not push her and how you were saying recent(?) ___ catch up to her but again see the side of it and so the cooperation(?) is don't have the mature sophomores judging the trial.

Hi this is Brian and this time it's about the verdict of our recent mock trial. Recently 50 kids participated in that full day mock trial on the case of Chris Archer. Now I say the verdict was not fair. Firstly because the jury basically disregard innocent untill proven guilty
