Hi everyone, it's Gwen Collins here chief nurse at BUPA. I'm delighted to have the opportunity to speak with you all through your team connect channel. I wanted to firstly introduce myself and then talk a little bit of about a few exciting initiates we are working for the nursing community across BUPA. So I'll tell you a little bit about myself first. I joined BUPA in January this year having previously worked in the NHS. Nursing has always been a passion of mine and I've been privileged to work alongside some brilliant nurses in a variety of settings across the globe. I originally trained in Ireland where I worked in the National Children's Hospital for sick children in Dublin and later at the National University Hospital in Galway. I then moved over seas as worked as a new born consultant nurse and educator.
