I believe in accountability. Recent educational reform discussions have increasingly included potential adoption of merit pay provisions for teachers as a teacher my salary increases may seem be tied in part to my students performance on state standardized test like the current list have two and upcoming smarter balance assessment I believe in such system if fairly implemented. I designed my curriculum based on required twenty first Century content standards and objectives or common core. I bust my tail inside and outside my classroom to endure all students are being taught standards to the best of ability holding high expectations for both my students and myself this weekend I'm spending a few hours marking comments on three classes first two research paper paragraph while there hopefully spending a few hours composing the next few paragraph of the same research papers ___

I've been so busy with all the edit works in the projects I have to complete before the end of our fiscal year in June and I ___ feel like I have in free time or any home time. I take work home and I work on the online class I have to take thank goodness that online class would be over in four weeks. Been struggle for me to understand what I was supposed to do but I'm successfully completed the pros that we just have it. Have also thought can come to there cos couple of my fellow online learners but I do get almost every time and so I'm here again for teachers. I still claim to maybe the old ways of teaching as I can and most of them are ___ experiencing of what I remember in school.
