Hello Everyone. I just wanted to post a quick note about the difference between empirical and non-empirical research. Non-empirical research does not gather new data, but uses existing information to do an analysis or make an argument. I have posted two articles that use non-empirical philosophical analysis. These articles are written by our own Susan Birden. Dr. Birden is one of the top scholar's in philosophical analysis.
