To achieve high performance. It's it's critical that we rejuvenate our bodies our mind and to maintain our maximum level of energy. Several routines will help you in that matter get the proper sleep that's required to maintain a high performance activities. In the evening eat relatively light dinner. It should be no later than 7:00pm. So you do not go to bed on a full stomach. Take at least least stroll after dinner to the extent possible minimize exciting aggravating or mentally intensive activities after 8:30pm. At bed time you need to be in your bed with your lights out between 9:30 and 10:30pm. If you're not used to getting to bed this early move your bed time up by half an hour every week until you're in bed by 10:30. For example if you usually watch TV until midnight try shutting it off by 11:30 for a week.
