This podcast is on the preparedness of Alabama citizens during the disaster of a tornado the(?) urologist believe(?) that(?) Alabama is a sort of a tornado Alley(?). Because the proximity of the warm air here in the south(?) and the cold air that is missing(?) from the North does-not(?) quite make it down to the Gulf of Mexico. they(?) set(?) a boundary of cold air and warm air mixed(?) together which of course causes the 20 attic. To begin preparing for check(?) for a tornado. You should make sure that(?) you had(?) a safe room(?) and I family communication plan the family communication plan is gonna be something that your family will(?) use(?) in case you get separated during the disaster. you'll(?) be able to meet up here after work(?) and find each other in a different each other know that you're ok. You should always listen to the you know.

Tony and Damian discuss the lack of coverage on the oil rig fire in the Gulf of Mexico, the Miami Marlins, lemmings flocking to stores on Black Friday, the retail charade, lack of education for the masses, and more. Good morning everybody today we are going to be reading about a huge oil spill that happened in 1989 in Alaska. Now I know that no 4th graders here in our group were even born in 1989 but right now there is also a huge oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. You were witnessing this awful environmental disaster and watching as the oil company and our government try to clean up the water and save the marine mammals(?) and fish. As we ready this non fiction text I want you to pay particular attention to how the spill was cleaned up oh and see if you can guess the name of our book. I look forward to seeing you in our group. Goodbye.
Today I relate the story of the first time WBCN - the ROCK of Boston (104.1 FM) used compact disks on air; and we talk with my ill informed son about the tragedy in the Gulf of Mexico.
