Hey everyone, it's Katie here which means yes another day is under the belt and I'm so so excited. We ___ 120mi today which is a 190km which is way more than I've ever done before and the fastest I've ever done ___ before with an average speed of 29km/h which is really quick and I even clocked I think it was 57km/h going down hill which was a bit scary but anyway I'm alive to tell the tale. The reason for this pace was the football. So everyone not everyone but the first to arrive were really keen to get back to the hotel and watch the England match and Sheldon(?) and I just followed and felt great. I managed to keep up. Amazingly I'm back at the hotel in record time. Feel fine. Have done lots of stretching and massage. Watch the football match. Had a beer.
Saturday afternoon in Dublin. The rain has stopped. It's bright. It's a good weather afternoon for a football match. A rugby football match is which I am attending today. I'm on the dart(?) I'm running Hess Bay Property and I'm going in the direction of Croker Park for Ireland versus Sicily in the opening games of the Five Nations Rugby Championship 2010. Last time I was due to go to a rugby match in the Five Nations as it would have been then was in the early 80's through school and we were going to attend Ireland versus England in Dublin and I think the game was altered or cancelled due to politics or the venue is changed something.

Impressions of the FC St.Pauli vs Rot Weiss Ahlen football match at the Millerntor stadium, Hamburg on Friday 7th August. The game was won by St. Pauli 2:1. Audio from the very beginning of the match - "Aux Armes" question/answer chanting, which is the St. Pauli "battle call to arms".
