I do not want the set of Apple(?) untouches. I need them. So importantly my students need them. I think you agree and hear what I have to say. My name is Jacob Mezzer(?) and I'm a special education teacher in Charlie(?) Junior High School in Green County which is one of the most unpublished(?) area in West Virginia. Our school population particularly the special education students yes predominantly below socioeconomic(?) status range. For example one of our fourth year school have a seventy two percent polly(?) rate. If we do not introduce those students in technology and give them access to it who will? Many of the parents according do not have the time, desire or money to do it. Let's put the ___ on us. If we want them to be half ___ of a ___ technology ___ society then we have to reach we have to teach them these tools not only in their class but also in their lives. As one of the reason about pursuing a special education technology integration specialist program I think will make a better teacher and as result my students ___ and teach them.

Also today is Jay Sandish(?) and here's a good idea a lot of great ideas out there lot of fun. Things we like to share with you and today we're gonna focus on the national education technology plan and the first part of that that's right sorry the first part of that is about learning engagement and empowerment and so we're gonna be talking about how that goes so before we get into that first part we have a bunch(?) of screening for those of it that supposedly they are following us on our podcast(?) vocally(?). The NETP(?) or the National Education Tech Plan is called transforming American Education learning powered by technology. It's that technology is in the Spencer(?) of all we do and it shouldn't be separated or even a separate part. So that's kinda the whole purpose.
