Rhyme when you have work that it has similar ending sounds such as ground, found, sound etc. Rhyme theme is a pattern of rhyme. We identify those as A B A B or A D C A A which means that all the lines that end in A will end with the same rhyming words or rhyming sound and all the lines would be will end with the same rhyming sound also.
