Broadcast live to the web from a phone call

I think this type of technology be useful in something like an English class room or Phil Sci(?) classroom or even a debate classroom for the students to be able to practice their work and then play back their work for them to listen to and for the teacher to listen to so that it doesn't take as long to practice presentation. I do not see this really working in a Math or Science classroom per say because I really don't think that there's immediate feedback to what's going on. This might be good for an instructor to be able to broadcast their lessons so that's if a student absent they can go back and listen to was said in class and what their classmates said so if they were long distance learning or something like that but in the regular high school classroom I don't see this fully being beneficial to students.
