Hello this is Rick ___ Rick in Reston. It is 5:00 in the morning on Thursday March 22nd early 5:00am. We're in a cab heading to Dallas Airport. Amy and I are heading down to Key West joining our friend Caroline for her birthday and bunch of other friends who are already down there. I don't know if anyone is gonna be interested in this but I was talking with Ken and Liam last night and they said this phonecast this trip and it follow along. Good morning friends just Norm here Wednesday it is Wednesday the 18th of January in the year of 2012 if that's right it is 2012. The last I video cast I did a couple days ago actually I said it was 2008 I don't know why for some reason that number stuck in my head. My wife pointed out to me also that when I did a video race report a couple of Sundays ago that I said it was 2008. I don't understand maybe there's something in my sub conscious that's that's leading me or or run back to 2008 I can't remember what in the world happened back then that would have stood up but anyway I know I said it and I addressed it and I'm back here in the present I was in the past at that time. Hi everybody this is Chris calling from KC Base Gram. As you a couple days so I'm out of contact to you about that everyone had some technical difficulties with our communication systems. So anyways, nobody somebody take you this year exam unfortunately. But the great news is, everybody's down. Here's the sounds. I want exactly what happen. Is everyone got up to the shoulder here before yesterday and the weather forecast that we were following basically was on little bit wrong and so just get a 15 kilometer and hour and it is about 55 kilometer and hour wind. I will need those ___ basically impossible. Could do anything safely. So everybody was back down. It came down yesterday. Over the cross couple days. Last few days are very bad ear infection and then I started taking an extremely strong antibiotics we tried to go out ___ today and Kendall was very strong but I just couldn't do it. We'll never know when we'll get one ___ constant remediative runner just ___ tonight I ___ thought today and over the past couple days I just wanted to kinda rambling(?) out there and hope that makes sense but I just wanna kinda ___ out there to do in the community. So I'll start really with Saturday, Saturday I completed a 15mi run.
