Broadcast live to the web from a phone call

Hi this is Julia(?) from New York Institute Technology. After viewing iPadio(?) online I can think of 2 ways in which iPadio(?) could be use in educational studying. One would be for home bound children who are sick who cannot make it to school due to injury assignments and homework could be broadcast to them and they could respond with the broad cast as well to answer questions to verbally give their grade(?) in addition on if you were out of college where the cell phone service or the phone service was not very good because of the tower(?) is seen(?) and the some of the college is in New York State for instance up in Alliansa(?) the cell phone service and the telephone service.
