This week the two stocks I chose to analyze are Amazon and Diamond Foods Inc. The reason I chose Amazon is firstly the fifty two week range is a hundred and sixty dollars and 59 cents to 246 dollars and 71 cents bought at a hundred and seventy eight dollars and eighty nine cents. So it has a little bit of room to err(?) while a lot room to grow depending on how well it does in the next couple months. The competitors are Apple Barnes and Noble Wal Mart dot com which is privately held and I happen to own stock in Apple because of the release of the iPad 3 but apple is mostly in tech technology focus company while Amazon has a much broader range of products to be sold such as books technology like candles(?) and other devices.

One stock I traded this week was Barnes and Noble Inc or BKS(?). The major reason why I traded this stock was because one of it's largest competitors Borders EGP(?) filed for bankruptcy in late March 2011. According to MSNBC(?) dot com orders will completely be liquidated by September of this year this means any of the business quarters did have to go to Barnes and Noble. Now that orders will be gone. Another competitor of Barnes and Noble Inc is Office Depot Inc but their stock is only 3 dollars a day share preventing me from buying it. The 52 week range of BKS(?) is from 8 dollars and 45 cents to 21 dollars and 6 cents per share. This information shows BKS(?) falling near the bottom then raising around 6 dollars and falling and raising. At this rate and based on where they're currently at they should seen upper trend. I bought five hundred shares at 13 dollars 36 cents per share. I predicted it will rise two to three dollars by the time Borders is entirely close.
