Hi Tina, Mai. I thought it would be interesting to do the summary for this activity on an ipadio blog. As you can see one of the first things that strikes me is just how needed is for all of us to be able to hear each other in real time. From your own announcements you can already see a number of ways to use such an activity as this. Marge talked about in a language class using it for authentic assessment. Rachel talked about using it for students to make oral presentation and also prepare announcement. Amanda and Megan and Deb all commented on how kids could actually read record themselves and hear their own fluency(?). Brian talked about how he might use it to introduce a new unit and certainly there are many other ways to provide information both to parents and students. Some of those involved homework.
