Swimming to Antartica(?) by Joseph the long distance swimmer by Lynn(?) Cox. This book is about a young girl Lynn grows up in the swimming world with brothers who are swimmers and family who loves swimming and parents would push her to become the best she can be in the sport. She she talks about her struggles and the test and obstacle she overcame to become who she is today and how she got to where she is today. She explains all the amount of training she put in to break all the records that she holds for example swimming across the English channel swimming in the Nile River this is your story and how she achieved everything she did. I felt like this book was very inspiring as a swimmer. I felt like I could relate to everything she was saying into everything she was going through.

A few questions ago I was alone on the road side shelf on the coast of Antartica beginning over 59 day 17 hundred kilometers journey risky across Antartica from the South and it was very scary prospects and yet every single day I would use my satellite phone to leave a phonecast using ipadio and they phonecast we then uploaded to a number of different web sites and shared with lots of people thousands of people following the expedition through Facebook and Twitter. It was such an easy way to tell my story in a really immediate and powerful way and since I've been back lots of people who followed the expedition have told me how important those phonecast that came to them and how they really felt involved in my journey through the fact that they could hear me and hear what has happened to me that day every single evening and now that I'm back I have a really incredible

Hello from Punta Arenas in Chile. I've been here since last Tuesday and this is where I will fly into Antarctica. It's about a 6 hour flight from here. At the moment I'm scheduled to fly on the 8th of November so that's a Tuesday but it all depends on the weather so we just have to wait and see you know keep my fingers crossed. I spent the last 5 days packing preparing kits. I think probably the biggest job was just preparing all the food - but I've now got 75 bags each containing breakfast, day food and evening meal for one day. I feel very calm and I'm happy to do all my kit and I feel ready to go now. It's a, it's a sunny day today in Punta it seems really strange to think that nex week I could be in Antarctica but I'm really ready for it and I'm excited and I can't wait to get going.
Hello, this is class 2000 V22(?) singing the continent song. 7 continents on the globe. Count them down with me. North America, South America, Africa makes 3. Europe, Asia, Australia are 3 more that I know. Don't forget Antartica(?), that's in the south, don't you know. Wonderful.
