I'm actually gonna get a run and I'm just deciding whether or not I wanna do. The one mile loop in my neighborhood and stay close which is a smart thing to do and it's this warm. I have a big refrigerator in my garage and then every mile I can stop in and cool down and then get back out again. I'm in no rush, or you know I may just go to the Club House where we have two brand new treadmills and I can just bang up my ___, you know I think I'm probably gonna do a combination of both, I'll do a couple of miles until I can't take it any more.

It's summer time in southwest Florida and I am heading to LA Fitness, the air conditioning thing, the big place at May 4, every month where I can have the privilege of watching beautiful women work out in slow motion. No seriously, it's usually grandmas, hot grandmas, healthy grandmas but I like ___. So no really absolutely. I'll be lifting some weights. I'm gonna be doing some presses this morning and working out the whole muscle and then after I get that done I'll certainly work into core. So I got to tell you I'm feeling it

Hey there this iPadio update is being brought to you by the warm side of the sun. Yeah heat(?) sitting in the hot pot(?) ___ in the car on the way to the grocery store. So wanted to share with you that the world up here in North America is experiencing some heat and many places triple digits yes it's the first real punch of heat. And now my buddy Eddie is darken(?) 97 degree 10's(?) in the the Northern climate of Detroit. And no power that's the thing about heat. But we turn the air conditioned the same time and oh there goes the power. And it's tough man especially if you're not used to it. We're experts here in Southern Florida in dealing with the heat because we're surrounded by it for many months weeks upon weeks of 90 degree heat so we got used.

He booked a 10 day holiday in Stockholm where the temperature is in the summer is no ___ about 20 degrees but when we got to Stockholm there was a heat wave and it was 35 degrees everyday. That was awful because there was no air conditioning anywhere. We couldn't sleep at night. It was boiling in the hotel and in the shops and museums too. We didn't want to go shopping or go surfing or do anything. It was too hot. We just sat in cafe and market all day. We didn't need to go to Sweden to do that.
