It's a true story of three sisters that re account their lives being brought up in a cult setting. They were born and raised in a cult called children of the God. I think this book really depicts how abusive all abuses violence against women sexual mental and physical harm and damage not to mention the lack of socializing with the outside world really affects their perception and how they lived their lives in general. I think the book really shows what we learned in class and how we can incorporate it into the use of our everyday lives as far as personal _and__ careers. I believe we are influenced by each-other(?) beyond our perception. We're always looking for ways of measuring ourselves. So we can feel good about ourselves throughout our lives we maintain a mental image of ourselves. We measure it in different ways and we try(?) this way and that way to put ourselves in a good life because(?) I get older. My mental image has been changing in ways that I don't like I am fatter. I don't eat right I'm(?) slower and more recently. It's not that(?) easy to pick up things off the floor.
