I've been back here it's been about a year since I checked it out last to do some blogging, some blogging over the phone and it's called pod casting I P A D I O dot com and I'm here just the suburbs in Portland Oregon and I'm excited. It's a beautiful weekend as I was just checking out on the Synge(?) cast dot com a few moments ago but it's a beautiful weekend. I'm looking forward to getting out and do some hiking. I found this amazing great new park out here called Super Mountain Nature Park and the is like my goodness it got this incline that is like burning my caps(?), in deed is a workout. If I could give up that hill without any ___ artifacts and ___ I am rocking. I just made it again yesterday. I made it up to the top of the hill without stopping by boy let me tell you wow, I mean I might be checking my ___ and get the get the battles(?) out.
