To me it is two individuals that are leaders to me are my mom and my dad. The leadership skills that I have are honesty hard working intelligent and committed. Every leader should be able to do things the right way. A leader who will not be a follower and in this case an individual will do what the right and not do what everyone else is doing. When you are a follower you just stay into a bad path and you will become a different person. It's good to make mistakes and running from them but it's good to be honest to yourself and everyone else. The things I can do to develop a leadership skills are to be more of myself to think with some of the people will say and think more of my future. I need to focus more on the important things rather than the smaller things.
