The secretarial section trials a piece of software called Imperio(?) on mainly on our teaching computer but it's a piece of software that allows you to look at what the students are doing it's a very easy piece of software to use. KC was very helpful in the IT ___ he was telling ___ but it is very user friendly you can look at what the students are doing they ___ say I'm not doing what what you want them to do you can take over their computer and actually show them what they should be doing bits from different learning ___ using remote control you can also send a message if they were not on the ___ not doing what you expect them to do if they were inappropriate site on the internet you can lock their computer just for the session and if they go on email you can disarm the email just for that session we found ___.

Hi folks here I am again trying on the new podcast(?) tool. Today I'm trying out iPadio(?). I had signed up for my iPadio(?) account online and have also downloaded the iPadio(?) app on my smart phone. ___ but I think it would be much more convenient then going to the website to create a blog. Now that I have all the account details setup my next step is to call me iPadio(?) phone number provided in to my phone and start talking away. When I get done talking I will make this recording available on my blog. Apparently my blog comes with an in blog code so making my blog available to you should be quick and easy.

Welcome to week three of business communications. I wanted to let you know that during week 3 we're going to mix it up a little bit and we're going to start handing in written assignments. This is what's going to happen for most of the weeks from here on out. There is a drop box in the week three folder and that is where you will have to upload your written assignment that you have typed in word. The document definitely needs to be saved as a word document or an RTF. If you have any questions about this or any problems with it I need you to email me immediately and let me know so I can walk you through the process. The assignment is going to be due by Saturday at midnight but my policy for written assignments is that you'll have that first week that it's definitely due but if you're running late I keep the folder open for two weeks. But remember, you have a new assignment every week, so it can be easy to fall behind in the class if you continually hand in your assignments late.
