I believe in love love ___ family. Love for my friends and my neighbours. Love for my country although these are all different. They're all very important in helping us to take care of our community. It seems as if there has been a great part of our communities. So it's just a time in our world where there's not enough left to go around. Keep continuing to abuse each other and the world around them. You get the news all around us. I ask myself all the time how do I teach the children my students to care and that's to love their neighbours. So much silence is today's culture this answer. The only way I could answer the questions by making myself an example. I tried to survive surround myself and my children with love hugs and kisses. I tried to take care of my family. My friends my neighbours. When I was teaching I

Thanks for joining us again on the Dynamic Duo show the divided series ___. Today we are going to talk about power teaching. So Colleen since you left me at the elementary school to become a middle school math teacher what amazing new adventures have you taken on since I know nothing is better than working with me ___ right you know I didn't want to leave you but I'm happy in my new position. I've begun power teaching. I thought you already were a power teacher. You know it but I'm talking about power teaching. The district sent me to a five day workshop to learn about it. At first I wasn't impressed why not the idea is to put your students into teams to support and encourage each other each team should have at least one strong student to be able to lead the other student. That all sounds fine but what about my learning support kids. Yeah considering what you told me about some of your learning support students It's hard enough for

You can lead(?) a horse to water but you can't make it drink appears to be the motto for a few of my students to my fourth grade class this year. There always seems to be a small handful of students in every class that(?) aren't motivated to do their(?) work now(?) matter how many times you remind them and(?) force punishments or report other students for doing their homework. It seems that there's always those students who just won't complete their work on time. Somehow the students constantly have missing assignments or hand in unacceptable work teacher frustration quickly settled in in the(?) hopelessness begins it seems like the students have been pulled from(?) miles(?) along the water(?) edge but still do not want to drink the water. Is there(?) something wrong with the students must(?) there's(?) something wrong with the water. Maybe the(?) water(?) looks to be on drinkable maybe the completion of work is not appetite enough for students(?) to continually(?) hand(?) in late assignments. Students need to want(?) to do something in order to.

http://syntheway.net - Fuga sopra il Magnificat, Meine Seele erhebt den Herren (Magnificat) "My Soul Praise the Lord" (Johann Ludwig Krebs, formerly Johann Sebastian Bach - BWV 733*) using Organux Virtual Organ VST Plugin Software (PC Windows, Mac OS X) * Note: Fuga sopra il Magnificat: Meine Seele erhebet den Herren (My Soul Praise the Lord) was at one time believed to date from Johann Sebastian Bach's first year as organist in the Duke of Sachsen-Weimar's Court. At the time the Bach-Gesellschaft volume containing this work was compiled in 1893, the only manuscript sources known for the Magnificat Fugue dated from no earlier than 1800. These identified the work as Bach's. Toward the end of the twentieth century, previously unknown manuscripts came to light that established the paternity of the piece for Bach's student, Johann Ludwig Krebs.

There are so many uses for this in education. One as a teacher I could use it to comment on student's digital work. I can talk while I'm looking at it and then email them the link so they can hear my comments. In class I could use it as exit tickets. Students could summarize what they learned about XYZ and then send me that message. I could also use it with younger students for fluency practice. They could read into the phone and then we could track their progress over time. In the foreign language class students could have mock conversations in their foreign language and save them to monitor progress overtime. Special Ed teachers could read test questions into the phone and then save them as a file for the students to listen to. And finally, students could leave each other feedback on a Wiki.

I have downloaded iPadio and I'm making my first phone cast. This is Barbara Knab and I absolutely can see the benefits in blended learning. Not only for the teacher to give directions or a welcoming message but for students with questions. I would be very interested in formative assessment piece and imagine that the LOTE departments would love this tool for students to be able to hear themselves speaking in another language. That's the end of my phone cast.

The mediocre teacher tell. The good teacher explain. The superior teacher gotten straight. And the great inspire by William Ward. If you are in the field of education did you ever wonder how was teacher makes their lesson plan. We're going to make an it effective lesson plan. There are eight important steps. The first step is be objective. This is what the students are going to learn and what not activity they will perform or should be able to understand by the end of the lesson. The second most important step is the anticipatory(?) step. This is an activity or question designed to have student bring ideas from their background that will help them make steps of the upcoming lesson. The third important step is the idea of relevancy(?). They wanted student to be able to understand what is the purpose they are learning this for and how it can relate this to their own lives especially when they leave the school premises.
