On Thursday and Friday I’ll be riding NON-STOP in a car, en route back to my home in Oxford Massachusetts, leaving Florida and a two week vacation that included my first visit to Key West. In today’s episode of Intervals, I talk about that.

Well it's finally the weekend. It's Saturday mid day and I just run out to our local burrito shop to pick up little lunch for myself and my fiance. I'm having the Mahi burrito bowl and she's having an ice stick pile of nachos cheese and beans and all kind of good stuff but this update is more in regards to my fishing excursion this afternoon. Specifically I'm in Clear Water right now crossing the bridge to North of Tampa where I work at a major metropolitan hospital. Otherwise known as the James A Hailey Veterans Administration Hospital or the circus of the infirmed(?) I'd like to call it. Yes it is Wednesday and Wednesday is the day that Sparks go off flying in terms of busyness. It's also a day that I plan on getting the run in and I plan of course my plans always change.
