I believe that my philosophy of education has remained constant throughout my entire teaching career. For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be a teacher and cannot see myself in any other profession. I love the fact that there was never a dull moment in my classroom. Learning is always taking place and individual lives are being shaped. I'm thrilled to be teaching fourth grade and consider each day a reward. I believe in helping my students reach their potential. I am aware of their needs and strive in every way I can to help them reach their goals. Teaching is no doubt a tough responsibility. The ability to adjust schedule change lesson plans and interrupt everyday routine is vital for having a productive classroom. Classroom management is a must to survive. A teacher that can distinguish minor from major disruptions is always a step ahead. I am also in the position to be a role model to my students. This day and time sadly many students do not have someone to look up too and admire. I feel
