This is Mark. Jackson executive search consultant. This is a test for the pod cast that I will be creating hopefully on a weekly basis this pod cast is going to be centered around the opportunities that I have available as well as steps interviewing steps on how to make a good impression things that most candidates don't think about when they are interviewing. I just listened to an interesting pod cast called the Global Prosperity one(?) cast. And in this episode the host was interviewing a fellow who work for, well he work doing some research in Kenya regarding the espectiveness(?) of private school education versus public school education in Kenya. This gentleman had ___ involved with two papers on the topic. They involved randomized controlled studies and that the evidence was was very clear is that the private schools in Kenya were able to perform significantly better than the public school. The public school showed no no improvement whatsoever and no one asked the questions

I'm doing an interview with Kim. He used to be an assistant at warehouse manager and we're gonna talk to him about what it was like you interview people so tell me what it was like well it's pretty interesting to see the the people that come in you know and to see all the different types of employees at her out there so it's interesting to say at least definitely what was that expect of you as the person interviewing knowledge of what we needed and knowledge of how to read people and so we can get the right person with out for point of view responsibility yeah that was all also work in the warehouse but on top of working in the warehouse as that interviewing was why did you expect from the people coming in to interview with you big thing is proper dress etiquette you'll be ___

Hi I'm here interviewing Ron Fields on his experiences in science class in high school. Ron what was your favorite Science class? Probably A T Chemistry. Why? It was actually the second time we have the teacher for chemistry and there's a good group of people in there. We're all friends in law class together. So just made for a really good experience. What was your favorite lab or activity you did in high school? Well my favorite lab was probably in biology we had an extra credit day after school and our student teacher have brought in a couple of snakes and we disected(?) them in class. That sounds great. This is my friend Ivan(?) yeah. He has his pod cast type ___. Ok. So for one of our classes is called protocol management. Right. And so for one of our papers, we were either tasked with writing a paper on our own and finding research or interviewing a former protocol manager. Ok. ___ ok. And that's why you're going to contact with Judy Jamison in the first place, right, because she has a long career and. She has a long. But she was a ___ a very sophisticated(?) ___ and she was like yeah. ___ exactly. So there's a difference. Yeah. And so I kinda wanted to ask what your career was like leaving out to becoming a politician. Ok true and seeing what kind of factors came into place with you to be successful politician. Ok. Yeah. Ok so, and compared to you. Ok. Here is what ___ my background. No. I came, come from a very politically active family so.
