Broadcast live to the web from a phone call

Ok, so it's supposed to be recording ___ what it does is you call the ___ whatever ___ once you enter the pin code then you have to merge. I mean ___ the number that you're calling to and then merge the 2 phone calls and it's supposed to be recording but I don't know I have to ___ done with this. I just need to find out. Ok how to
