Once again. I am dumb founded by this county. It's a snowy day. It's cold it's wet. I am at the Sav-A-Lot buying a carton of milk. The impulse sales items at the counter include several interesting things-- hand sanitizers, batteries and the most interesting of all is the one dollar pregnancy test kit with 99 percent accuracy. Amazing. In the impulse rack. I really don't know what to say. Flummoxed is 2 small a word. Oh well good for you, Hart County, KY.
