Shalom, greetings everyone. This is Yvonne Ridley. I wonder how many of you remember the hi jacking of the Italian cruise ship the Akeli Laro way back October 1985. Four members of the Palestine liberation took control of the cruise liner off Egypt a ship from Alexandria to Portside. It was a bundled operation which they hi jackers killed and disabled Jewish American passenger Leon Clinghoffer, and then threw his body over board. The incident created headlines around the world and polarized people over the Palestinian cause. It also prompted to the law makers to create new legislation making it an international crime for anyone to take a ship by force. And this is the reason for the brief history lesson I just given you.

Reports that are coming in that upwards on 20 people have been killed by the Israeli attack on the humanitarian aid convoy of ships that was in international waters 90 to a hundred miles off the coast of Gaza. This news is shocking. We're waiting to hear more out to convene their boats are all been towed apparently now to Haifa Port not Hastala(?) Port where the all the media is waiting on ___. Again this is a report coming in that upwards on 20 humani(?) unarmed humanitarian have now been murdered by Israeli forces on their humanitarian ships. We expect a lot of action. Israel attack the Flotilla in International waters, killing 3 people.

Flotilla has been attacked by Israeli forces. 3 dead, and 30 injured

The Flotilla has now changed course and is sailing due west, further into International waters. The Israeli war ships have pulled back, and are out of range at present.

3 Israeli war ships have now surrounded the Flotilla. They have been told that they either be towed into Israel, or be boarded. This is a serious threat. The Flotilla is 90 from Gaza in international waters.
