This is Coach Romick(?) and this is week 3 of strength and conditioning 2. On Monday prepare yourself for Max repetition per minute of gips(?) pull ups push press kettle bells slings and burpies(?). We'll have 5 groups 5 minutes at each station. Tuesday we're looking at 57 degrees dress appropriately for a game of 5 football make sure you have proper foot wear. Wednesday prepare for a running wad a 20am wrap of 400 meter run and 12 burpies(?) you'll complete sequence as many times as you can at 20 minutes.
