Today's prog(?) winner for today are Yessica(?) from room 3 and Raven from room 8. Please make sure that you stop by the office sometime today. Today is Friday and students door will be open today during your lunch time. Next week on March 16th is picture day you should have already received information about that. No money is due at the actual day of picture day. This is where your pictures taken and the packet is sent home for your parents to choose whether or not they will be wanting to purchase any of those pictures at that time. So again that's on March the 16th. If you have not turned in your permission slip for video taping or posting of your projects on our school blog if you could please make sure that that.

Good morning everyone, happy Friday morning to you. I'm in my office early this morning here at Tamayo(?) Clinic. Ready to start my day, got a long day had to meet working with patients getting them pain free and on their way so they can have a great weekend. I just want to remind everyone about the pain free tips caution package that we have going on and also I wanted to wish you a happy Friday and to have a good weekend if you're up early and you're listening to this or you're getting ready to go to bed. Get you stretched into fully go to bed the health tip for you is when you first get up in the morning stretches are good. Excuse me. Basic stretches are good, just simple little stretches to get you loosen up. So all so good it up fully go to bed you'll find you wake up refreshed and ready to take on the next day.
