Hi this is Randall in many cases students off in under estimate the difficulty and learning a foreign language and the amount of time that is required in the amount of effort that is required as well perhaps I can mail it straight by talking about long distance running one of the things that I enjoyed(?) running in the mountains distance is between 40 to call letters out to perhaps at calendars but if I'm preparing for such a race. I don't run in the street when in the actual rates(?). It's dealing with a lot of popping(?) down a lot of elevation game in the mountains in the same way if you're planning on preparing for University you're planning to Larry(?). He was just quickly as possible. You have to make sure that you prepare yourself(?) self(?) train(?) yourself and get yourself into classes that are going to Sally(?) Rate(?) you're learning because learning cakes(?) time.

We're called the team yellow or team donkey and are Hugh, Sal, Zen and Paul. We've got a fantastic five days trekking around the mountain and we've learned a lot of things that are really useful and gonna help us in real life. Such as, we've learned how to use GPS and radio programs and also there are a lot of different terrains which we have learned about such as saddles(?) water ways and quarries(?) which are very difficult to work on and you can very easily injured and are very remote for if you could get injured, it's very tough to continue

Pack your wagons and get ready to travel on the Oregon Trail. You and your family are leaving all that you know behind in order to head out West for New Life in Oregon territory. This will be an exciting yet dangerous adventure. You will encounter dust, mud, severe storms, illness and accidents. You may run low on supplies if you didn't pack well or be forced to make difficult decisions about what to leave behind if you over pack your wagon. You will have to take your wagons across plains, rivers and mountains and you may even encounter Indians. So make sure you have items to trade in order to keep track of all of your experiences on the trail. I'm giving you your very own journal write about your daily life and the joys and sorrows of your journey to Oregon. Such an experience should be recorded for future generations to read. So ready your wagons and begin your journey. Wagons ho.

Hi this is Randall. About a week ago my wife and I ran in mountain marathon and it was very difficult because mountain marathon you have to climb over mountains. Sometimes gaining a 1000, 2000 meters over certain part. So you're not just running down hill but you're running up and down and sometimes there are times when you just have to walk very slowly to make any progress and you can visit my website, hikinginutah.com(?), to tell you about some of these experiences. But this is something like learning english too sometimes although you might feel that you're making very slow progress up the hill in english as long as you're moving forward and as long as you're doing something to improve you're still making progress and that's what the game is all about.

Normally although their everywhere anyway you see deer mountain lion or present it often you don't notice them because they often stay away from people but it was interesting to come across those tracks but in the same way there are many dangerous around us that often we're not very aware of whether it be problem since society whether be problems in family and whether be problem in school and by being aware of the dangers that around us just like looking for mountain lion tracks often we can prepared for the future. So keep an eye on things whether be your school or in your life. Watch for it sign of problems and always prepare
