What's up guys Tony Crest here it is eight A M on Saturday morning. I just got done about an hour ago. Teaching a body weight training class to a group of about seventy chiropractor it's quite an experience for me had people ages from I don't know I thinking like twenty two twenty three to about seventy five all doing the same work out. So very interesting but I had a great time. Had a ball. This guy Dr Pampa(?) if you wanna look him up late they have an interesting way of looking at things about the body so I learned a little bit as I took them to the half hour work out just about some different things that they do that they got some products that they ___.

Hi Al, my wordal(?) contains words that come to mind that I feel capture my experiences with ___ and how I feel about the feature teaching of my classes online after taking this class. These words combine adjectives(?) that came to mind while taking the class. Few points. I have about my future teaching. Roles I plan to have as an online teacher and teaching tools that I plan to use in my online class. I made the word students the largest word because I think sorry I think teaching is all about the student what they're learning how they're learning and why they're learning. I had a great time learning with everyone and I feel much more confident about my ability to provide a good learning environment for my students online. Thank you.

Hey this is Mike Mattanha(?) reporting from Base Camp. Mike brod and I just got back from a 4 day trip to the next couple valley's over. We found a nice 800 meter route up to the main power that actually over looks our camp our Base Camp. Some valuable quality rock but overall with great time we had some great weather. We're going back safely so all is good on that front. Here is Matt.
