And good morning my friend. You know who this is. It's just Norm and it's unusual for me to do a walk break on a weekend especially in the evening but today was such a marvellous and fabulous day. I just wanted to share a couple of thoughts and events that were on my mind. The first thing I'll share with you is that I reached a personal goal of 30mi while bicycling the Penelus(?) Trail in West Central Florida. Now I know you cyclist you triathlete(?) and you upper atlon(?) atlases(?) may think this is mere moral minimal nothing inism(?) if that's even a word but it was the number I was looking for.
