Hi this is Randall. Right now I'm teaching several classes and one of the things that I notice that often students get behind getting to work. I can try to teach students but the first thing as a teacher I must do is I must teach people to become students and then once they are students, I can them to learn. In other words, it very difficult to teach a person to learn a language if they don't have that kind of study skills that they need to succeed: using the dictionary, learning vocabulary, doing homework carefully, following instructions, attending extra classes if the are offered things. These things might seem very basic, but unless a person is a student first and knows those skills of what it means to work hard and study, then it is very difficult for them to learn.
