Zen Runner's iPadio Update - talking about physical rest, couple miles, rest day, mid day, eastern time
Hey there everyone. This is Adam Desenraner(?) and this daily update is being brought to you by the gym. Yeah I'm on my way to the gym. I'm gonna do some weights today. It is hot it's a furnace here as it has been for quite a while. Last week we had physical rest day for Hydron80(?). We're pack in to those Zip 90 which pretty much not motivation right out here being outside at least in mid day. It's not 15 TM Eastern time and I'm on route just a couple miles in my gym. Sometimes I ride my bike. Sometimes I run over there but it's just so warm today. It just like a furnace like an oven. And we have a bit of a blanket of class over it's just trapping the heat there's no way it's very flat
