Well hello there friends this is Dan Ryner and as I promised if you're listening to my audio updates that I am gonna be making a few updates for this week as I prepare for my next marathon ___ right I'll be running the marine core marathon a week from today in Washington DC. I am leaving on Friday so I have a few days to prepare actually I've been preparing quite a bit all summer training but you know I just run the Chicago Marathon about 2 weeks ago and I'm kinda in between yesterday I went out and knocked out Pete Miles and it was a beautiful day and I felt pretty good actually. I ran at negative splits each mile a little bit faster than the rest just to test myself so I was up there for a little more than at work(?) and you know I just I just wanna try out the new shoes really.
